• MAIN FRAME – All welded tubular construction - Very strong yet lightweight -Rectangular 2”x 3”x1/8” & 2”x 4”x1/8” tubing – Numerous reinforcement gussets welded in high stress areas - All parts have two water drainage holes.
• DRAW BAR – Strong 3”x 3” square tubing drops 8" for level towing on most vehicles - Draw bar is gusseted with welded 2” x 3” tubing and 1/4" plate for additional strength – Drawbar handle makes for easy lifting and moving of the trailer – Welded drawbar stand keeps the coupler above the elements.
• COUPLER – Zinc plated not painted for durability – Bolted on instead of welded for easy replacement when damaged.
• HEAVY-DUTY TIE DOWN LOOPS/STEPS – We custom build these loops and weld 3 of them to each side of the trailer frame. Not only are these great tie downs but they are large enough to use as a step when stepping up and down from your raft.
STAKE POCKETS – 12 pockets total are welded to the frame, 4 on each side and 2 on each front panel.  Pockets accept a standard 2x4 for sideboards or ramps for ATVs and snowmobiles.
• ROLLER BRACKETS – Custom water jet cut brackets are sanded super smooth and welded on the tail bar of the frame. This places the roller at the correct height and behind the deck for ease of getting the raft on and off the trailer.

• AXLE TRUCKS – Two pieces of 2x4 rectangular tubing are stacked, welded together, capped and gussetted with triangular steel plate to make an axle mount system that has had a zero failure rate in 18 years.
• TORFLEX AXLE – 2200 LB rated – Rides likes independent suspension versus bouncy spring mounted axles – Larger heavy-duty spindles - The Torflex axle must be installed after the trailer frame is powder coated because the high oven temperatures would damage the axle - We install the axle with all grade 8 hardware and tack welded it - Our axles are guaranteed to be squared to within a 1/16th of an inch to the drawbar to insure even tire wear! Our system makes the axle simple to change out when it need to be replaced.
• EASY-LUBE SPINDLES – Grease your bearings with ease - A grease fitting on the end of the spindle transports grease to the area between the inner seal and the back bearing to allow the grease to be forced out through both bearings. Unlike bearing buddies which only put grease under the grease cap and doesn’t allow grease to penetrate through both bearings.

• WHEELS – Quality white spoke steel wheels.
• TIRES – High quality ST175-80-R13C steel belted radials – 6 PLY 50 PSI trailer duty rated tires – 24” overall diameter – 7” tread width – Max load rating is 1360 LBS per tire @ 50 PSI per tire.
• SPARE TIRE MOUNT – New improved tire mount is welded under the trailer bed keeping the spare out of sight and out of the way – Lockable mount.

• WIRING – All wiring is internally ran through the tubular frame – All lights are sealed & waterproof – 6 hole round wiring plug instead of less expensive 4 flat plug.
• LIGHTS – We use longer lasting and brighter LED brake and running lights. Front, rear and side running lights make the trailer more visible to you and others when traveling and backing - No inexpensive reflector tape on our trailer. 
• PLUG HOLDER – Trailer plug stows neatly in the holder protecting it from being damaged and keeping debris out of receptacle holes. 

OPTIONS

• WINCH STAND & WINCH –  Powder coated heavy duty 24” tall angled stand easily attaches with plated u-bolts. Rear doors and tail gates will operate with the winch stand installed on the trailer draw bar.
• SPARE TIRE –  We stock the same quality steel belted radial mounted on a quality white spoke wheel.
• PAINT CHIP PROTECTION –  We install 3M Chip Resistant Film to the front area of the trailer for additional rock chip protection. Cost $150
